PRESIDENT OBAMA'S DISINFORMATION.

President Obama has been on TV repeating his disinformation ploy about the current health care debate being between (1) those who want to solve America's health care problems, and (2) reactionaries who want no changes.

THE TRUTH. Every American with two live brain cells to rub together, knows that the current medical system in the USA is a horrible. I have never met a medical doctor who said they were happy with the current system. I have never met a person who had a serious long-term illness that was happy with the system.  I think America's current medical system is the worst in the industrialized world. America's so called health care system has numerous con games layered on top of con games.

EMPEROR OBAMA TURNED HIS HEALTH CARE CIRCUS INTO A JOKE BY SAYING THAT THERE'S NOTHING WRONG WITH AMERICA'S TORT SYSTEM. American's Tort system is an international joke. All over the world people look at what happens in the USA with medical lawsuits and they all ask the same question, "Are Americans brain dead - or what?"

THE CORRECT DEFINITION OF HEALTH CARE. Good health care is getting a sick person in need of medical care together with a health giver in a FAST, effective and affordable way. In other words, if you wake up at 3:00 AM with a sick nine-year-old, you can get treatment FAST, and in an affordable way.

EVERY MONTH TORT LAWYERS DESTROY HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS OF WORKING HOURS OF DOCTORS, NURSES AND HEATH CARE GIVERS. The objective is to get sick people in need together with doctors and nurses. However, the objective of America's Tort lawyers is to file as many lawsuits as possible for as much money as possible. Doctors and nurses need to be treating sick people, NOT in a lawyer's offices defending themselves from frivolous lawsuits.

NATIONAL SUICIDE VIA TORT LAWYER. America has 4.9% of the world's population, but 71% of the world's Tort lawyers. The USA has 4.9% of the world's population but 84% of the world's medical malpractice lawsuits. If that's not long-term national suicide - what is? However, Emperor Obama's health care Bill actually makes it EASIER, and even more profitable for lawyers to sue hospitals, doctors and nurses.

A FORTUNE IN WASTED TIME AND MONEY. At any one time there's four billion dollars worth of medical lawsuits crawling slowly through America's suicidal, mafia-like legal system. On average it takes 4.4 years for a medical claim to be resolved, and the lawyer fees can easily be over $150,000. The doctors and nurses who are in lawyer's offices and courtrooms are NOT treating sick children. However, Emperor Obama is telling us that the multi-billion dollar waste of money and time is NOT a problem, and does NOT need "changing."

THE PROOF OF FRIVOLOUS LAWSUITS. American juries are overly generous for granting judgments. After all, directly, it's not their money they are giving away. If a lawsuit is against an established doctor with insurance, or a hospital, the attitude of the average juror is, "They've got money and insurance. Let's give the little guy some coin even though his claim is bogus." Keep in mind the tendency of American jurors is to liberally give out money. Let's now take a look at the record of actual cases. Looking at the medical liability jury verdicts for the last ten years, only 20% were a win for the plaintiff. In the trials for the LAST TEN YEARS the jurors found the other 80% of the claims to be without merit.

A TRAGIC WASTE OF TIME. Every doctor involved in every trial, even though eventually found innocent, lost between 800 to 2000 working hours that were NOT used to treat sick people. Doctors are human beings too, they only live and work so long. A loss of 2000 working hours that a doctor uses to defend himself from some scumbag lawyer, is 2000 hours lost forever to treat sick people.

RATHER THAN THE OBAMA WRONG SOLUTIONS, AMERICA NEEDS A HEALTH CARE BILL WITH THE RIGHT SOLUTIONS. Yes, doctors are Homo sapiens. They become tired, think about others matters, can be sloppy, and so forth. Yes, Homo sapiens are far from perfect, they make mistakes even if they are airline pilots or doctors. The correct solution is to have a Federally paid for system of medical review boards with TOTAL LEGAL authority to examine claims of malpractice. The boards would be both doctors and lay people. There would be a three-tier review system. In other words, a claim would have too higher boards. Claims would be decided FAST. If a doctor did in fact have a record of being sloppy he would be limited in his treatments, or lose his license to practice. Monetary payments would be swift and appropriate for the background of the person, and 100% of the money would go to the injured person. There would be no other appeals outside of this system.

NATIONALIZATION IS GOOD. The above system would be a nationalization of the medical liability insurance system, and a nationalization of the medical injury claims process.    

WHY EMPEROR OBAMA APPOSES THE ABOVE SOLUTION. It comes down to a one word, "payoffs." Lawyers are the number two largest money givers to the Democrats. The "Numero Uno" stuffers of money into the fat pockets of Democrats are the Tony Soprano union bosses, but the buttered worm lawyers are real close behind.

INSURANCE SCAMS. Emperor Obama wants to force everyone with money to buy health insurance (the bums and whores who vote 99% for the Democrats will have their health insurance charged back to people who work and pay taxes - that's YOU!) Every thinking person knows that insurance companies are part of the problem, and NOT part of the solution. Insurance companies make very little clear, most doctors cannot easily find out what's covered, and payments are slow. Insurance companies change programs, and rotate corporation structures, like some people change their socks. If you come down with cancer or some long-term illness, one day you get a letter saying that the corporate structure that issued your insurance policy is being closed down. Then when you look for a new insurance company you find out that insurance policies either do NOT treat "pre-existing conditions," or they want an enormous increase in the cost of the policy.

AMERICA'S MEDICAL NIGHTMARE HAS BECOME SO CORRUPTED EVERYONE IS GAMING THE SYSTEM. One of the biggest scams is the 80%-20% payment that's written in most insurance polices. That means the insurance company supposedly pays 80% of the bills and you pay 20%. However, in the real world insurance company pays a lot less than 80%.

RUNNING THE NUMBERS. Two 55-year old men need and same intestinal operation. One never had medical insurance and flew down to Costa Rica. That man checked into a hospital that's as modern as the best in the USA. America doctors living full time in Costa Rica did the operation, and the charge was $20.000. The second man had medical insurance for ten years, and what would normally in the USA be considered a "good policy." He'd been paying an average of $3,000 per year. The second man has his operation in the USA, and the bill is $100,000. Ah, but not to worry, he has "insurance." The second man's policy has the usual 80%-20% scam that's in millions of American medical insurance policies. For the last ten years man #2 has paid $30,000 in insurance premiums. His 20% of the bill is $20,000. So, at the end of the day the man with the "good insurance policy" ended up paying $50,000 for the operation that cost the man without any insurance $20,000.

THE WASTE CAUSED BY MEDICAL INSURANCE PERSONEL IS GREATER THAN THE WASTE OF THE LAWYERS. There are 450,000 people in the medical insurance industry. Thousands of people from sales people knocking on doors, to armies of clerks, to thousands of paper shufflers, to "specialists" in the insurance company's home office trying to figure out reasons to not pay a particular claim. There are thousands of medical insurance "executives" making enormous salaries. They live in big mansions, have yachts, $300,000 cars in their garage, private airplanes, take vacations around the world, and live high. The collected medical insurance population costs $92 billion dollars a year. However, during a 45 year working career of collecting big pay checks every week THEY WILL NEVER IN THEIR LIFETIME TREAT ONE SINGLE SICK CHILD. Emperor Obama's plan to force every working person to buy "medical insurance" is only expanding the problem.

WHY DOES THE MEDICAL INSURANCE SCAM CONTINUE? It's the same old word, "payoffs." Only this time it's the Republicans. The insurance "industry" is a major contributor to the Republican Party. The Republicans look the other way when the scumbag lawyers pay off the Democrats, and the Democrats look the other way when the insurance scumbags pay off the Republicans. However, isn't "Congressional cooperation" what good government is all about?

OBAMA'S WORST OF ALL WORLDS. The current Obama health care Bill is the worst of all worlds. It has the bad parts of private health care insurance, and the worst parts of socialist health care. Mr. Obama and the Democrats should for once be honest. If they want socialized medicine then nationalize the medical insurance industry. Have one policy, issued by one source, for everyone. However, what Mr. Obama is really after is a massive new tax on people who work, a tax disguised as "health care."

BE AWARE. The con artists in Washington D.C. work very hard at leaving the impression that "socialized medicine" means that you will get whatever you want, when you want it, and somebody else pays for it all. The reality is that "socialized medicine" everywhere in the world where it exists is really "rationed medicine." What this means for Americans is that some 28 year old welfare whore who's already had six illegitimate child, fathered by six different males, will get everything she wants - the best of the best. However, a 68 year old that worked all of his or her life, and tried to be responsible, when that person needs an operation they will get some pills. Or, perhaps they'll go on a waiting list for an operation in a year. Anyone who believes medical rationing is not going to happen is stupid. Look at the proven records of "socialized medicine" in England and Canada.

THE INSANITY GROWS DEEPER. The Obama Bill has something in it for everyone in the medical field EXCEPT THOSE THAT ACTUALLY TREAT SICK PEOPLE. American medicine does NOT need more scumbag lawyers and insurance people. AMERICA NEEDS MORE PEOPLE WHO ARE ACTUALLY TREATING THOSE IN NEED. A few years ago a program was started to help give more care to those in need. The "nurse practitioner" program was started, and it was an island of common sense in a sea of scams. It's a very simple idea, if you have a child with Strep throat, and its 7:00 PM on a Friday night, who do see? Or, you cut your hand making Friday night barbeque and you need four stitches. You do NOT need a MD doctor. You don't want to be sitting for four hours in a hospital emergency room. You need somebody that can recognize Strep throat and write a prescription for antibiotics, or sew up your hand - no big deal. Here in Florida there are nurse practitioners at local drug stores. The nurse practitioner office is open so long as the pharmacy is open. It's $40 per visit flat fee, and it solves a big percentage of "medical problems" in a fast and affordable way. This is a great program, and the Obama administration is going to end it! Mr. Obama is going to terminate the nurse practitioner program.

WHY? This is a case of where the lawyers, insurance scammers and the dark-side doctors got together for their own mutual rewards. (1) The Tort Lawyers do not like nurse practitioners because they do not make nearly as much money as doctors, so they cannot be shaken down for as much money as MDs. (2) There are doctors who have decided to become part of the scam rather than fight it. They do not like nurse practitioners because they are taking away business. If a child with strep throat sees a full MD doctor, the doctor can get them out of the office in a few minutes and then bill the insurance company $200. (3) The unwanted truth is that medical insurance executives LIKE big bills coming in from doctors. Insurance companies are regulated. They can make about 10% or 12% without the State regulation boards saying anything. The "solution" for that is to have bigger bills. If YOU were making 10%, would you want 10% of a million dollars in billing, or 10% of $20 million in billing? All of the cost of medical bills is pushed back onto the policyholders, so the higher the bills that means the more money insurance executives are making.  Now (4) we have Emperor Obama coming back into the picture. He kills off the nurse practitioners (NPs) and that makes the Tort lawyers happy because they can scam more money from full MDs. The MD doctors that have been turned to the dark side are happy because they can charge the insurance companies more money for the work the NPs were doing. The insurance executives are happy because they run on a de facto "cost plus" basis so the more insurance costs go up the more money they make. Mr. Obama mandating that everyone with money MUST buy health insurance is going to make the insurance executives even richer. It also makes the Tort Lawyers richer because somebody with insurance can be sued. (i.e. in the USA insurance is a lawyer magnate). Ah, that's America's President at work, making people happy, happy, and happy.

A PERSONAL EXAMPLE OF WHY AMERICAN HEALTH CARE COSTS SO MUCH. A few weeks ago my wife had some problems with her foot, so she made an appointment with the podiatrist. In was a late afternoon appointment, on a Friday, and the doctor's office was only a block away from one of our favorite bars, Mangos, on Las Olas Blvd in Fort Lauderdale. So, I went with my wife. After the doctors office we though we'd go over to Mangos and have a few drinks. In the office waiting room was a woman, I'd say about 25 years old. She was about 5 foot 6 and weighed about 400 pounds. She was a woman of "diversity." I found out that she was here on a welfare card, and was probably one of the twenty-four million Americans who are also on food stamps. It was hard to imagine, but if she had several illegitimate children it would not have surprised me. After she left I was talking to the receptionist, and found out that the woman came in once a month on a regular basis. She was so fat, the fat on her toes rolled up over her toenails so the doctor had to roll it back to cut her nails. The doctor, a very nice person, had for many years been the head of the podiatry department at a large local hospital. So I'm thinking to myself, We are in an MD's office. A person who went to medical and internship school for eight years, and had schooling that today would cost $150,000. The taxpayers are footing the bill (pun intended) for a medical doctor to clip the toenails of a human slug who will probably be on welfare all of her life. What's wrong with this picture?"

QUESTION? If you needed some light bulbs changed in a home. Would you have laws and a legal system were only somebody with a degree in electrical engineering could change the light bulbs? Where the hell has the old Yankee common sense in America gone?

WE ARE FOR CHANGE. No President Obama, those who oppose your Bill are NOT for the status quo. We are for change, lots of deep changes. We are for solving problems with courage, imagination and most of all, intellectual HONESTY. Your Bill, Mr. President, is profoundly dishonest, cowardly, ass kissing, and only makes all of the old problems worse.

THE HARD TRUTH. I have a talent for seeing the big picture, and I'm also willing to tell the truth. Here is the core problem with "health care," and it's a very serious problem. The core problem with health care in America, and the problem with much of the world, is that the value of modern health care in the USA has gone far above the value of 80% of the population. The core problem is that tens of millions of people in the USA are not even close to being worth the value that modern medicine can put into them.

THE UNWANTED SOLUTION. The solution is to declare Home sapiens obsolete, and to start the engineering of the new species. This road eventually solves all problems.

However, this solution requires the three thing that are totally lacking in modern Washington D.C. - imagination, honesty and courage.
