Let's call it by its correct name - a lie.  In 2008 when candidate Obama promised over and over again to only raise taxes on "wealthy people" he was lying. He was cherry-picking his words like a used car salesman.

A tax by any other name is still a tax. Under the proposed new laws, any working family that does NOT buy insurance will be fined anywhere from $1,800 to $3,800. That's a new TAX to help pay for what is a massive new welfare program. A $3,800 fine per year for ten years is $38.000 in new taxes. (Let's call this Part A.)

President Obama's switch-a-rew. No insurance company, under the proposed new Obama law will be able to deny coverage to anyone for any current medical condition.  Denying insurance policies to people who already have AIDS, drug additions, alcoholism, massive obesity, self-inflicted life-style degenerative conditions and so-forth will be FORBIDEN.  However, the one and  ONLY way insurance companies can pay of the massive new expenses is by GREATLY INCREASING the premiums they now charge ALL of their current policyholders.

Buying votes. This is Obama's political vote buying game to EXPAND billions of dollars in current government welfare payments and have the cost paid for by ALL of the current holders of health insurance policies. This means ALL of the current holders of insurance policies such as union workers, Federal government workers, AARP members, employer paid insurance, corporate retirement policies, state law enforcement and other state and local government workers - THE PREMIUMS OIN THEIR CURRENTLY HELD POLICIES ARE ALL GOING UP. Current Union and government workers should note that in the law there is NOT an exception for them. (Let's call this Part B.)

Combine Part A and Part B and you have $400 Billion  per year of  NEW GOVERNMENT WELFARE TRANSFERS going from EVERYONE who works to the sub-prime class.  President Obama's so-called "health care" is really a massive expansion of welfare that will be paid for by mainly average working people - NOT the rich.

New taxes on medical and drug supply companies. The new bill has billions of dollars in new taxes on medical device manufacturers and drug companies. This is ONE MORE "Obama  stealth-tax" on average working Americans. The medical companies have NO CHOICE other than to add the cost to whatever they are selling. This means that all of the people who pay for their medical treatments and drugs like YOU, will pay more via this additional hidden stealth-tax.

One more Obama job killer. Every company with 50 or more employees MUST purchase employee insurance, or pay a large fine. However, ALL insurance is going to COST A GREAT DEAL  MORE for everyone. In the real world, if for example your company is making car parts, and you are forced to buy insurance for 75 employees., That is a MASSIVE new expense that does NOT add one cent to sales. It does NOT add one new car part to weekly production. It's a crippling expense that adds ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to the company's ability to stay in business. President Obama's stealth-taxes are going to be ruthless job killers. President Obama is giving factory owners one more BIG reason to close down their US factories and/or move production to another county.

Union workers will be the biggest losers. Most unions already have health insurance, good health insurance. The premium policies that unions now have will, under the new laws, have an "EQUAL" TAX. Why?  Because current union health insurance policies are CLEARLY not "equal." They are better than average. The insurance companies that issue these "unequal polices" to Unions will be fined. That means the quality of union health insurance policies will go DOWN while the costs will go UP.

Be careful what you wish for. The union bosses wanted a communist in the White House, so now they have one. As I've said many times over the years, people really should read history.  When Stalin and Moa  came to power, the first thing they did was arrest and then murder  all of the union bosses. Anyone who protested the executions was arrested and executed. Then Stalin and Moa dissolve the unions. In the mind of a communist there is ONLY ONE voice for the workers - the government's voice.

More and more lost jobs. The new laws will ADD massive expenses to the unions and employers. Even more employers will move their factories to other countries. Those that do not move will permanently cut jobs. America's workers will experience more and more "good jobs"(and they were good jobs,) permanently lost.  The expanding crisis, caused mainly by the government's bad laws, will be the government's excuse to take more and more control of both manufacturing, labor unions, banks, Wall Street - EVERYTHING.

A disaster for the average working American. The so-called Obama health reform will be a job killing disaster for millions of average American workers, their wives and children. However, it WILL be a sweet, sweet gift for America's bums, drunkards, loafers, drug addicts, spongers, and professional welfare collectors. The bum groups in America voted 99% for Obama in the last election. President Obama promised to steal money from working people and give that money to the bums - and he's keeping his promise.

Down the toilet. America was going down the toilet before President Obama arrived. America's march to irrelevance is not a question of "if," but only a question of "how fast?" With good "street smarts" leadership, America could have bluffed its why through most of this century. However, that's NOT going to happen. What America has is one more crackpot President who so far behind the times he's totally clueless. President Obama's mindset is back in the 1960s. He's fighting yesterday's by-gone wars with yesterday's by-gone ideas.

Today's War. Today's war is Jobs, Jobs and Jobs. It's NOT how to have more welfare. It's how to have more production, and more manufacturing, and more growth that isn't growth based on borrowing. The message we all have to send to President Obama is: IT'S JOBS - STUPID!
