I was looking at some of the things that I wrote two years ago, in November of 2007 of American Firearms Industry Magazine. Most of the usual talking heads on TV and in Washington D.C. were absolutely clueless as to what was coming. Ninety-nine percent of the "news media" can ONLY report what's already happened. Less than 1/10th of one-percent can report what's going to happen, and AFI Magazine is part of that 1/10th of one percent. The headline of this column, Industry Insights, for the November issue of American Firearms Industry (page 10) was, "Firearms Sales Will Be Good In 2008-2009 Even Though The  General Economy Will Decline And America's War Failures Will Deepen."  Two years later that is exactly what happened.

One in a thousand. Almost all of the popular TV and newspaper writers tell you the "news" that is by definition what happened in the past. The writers who can tell you what's going to happen are one in a thousand, and I'm one of them. Those you can give you any kind of accurate idea (even 50% accurate) about the future are invaluable because the "the new normal" for the USA is going to be different from the old normal.

Part of the "new normal" is (1) high unemployment for years; (2) real estate prices that will continue to decline for at least another year, but even when real estate stops declining it will stay down for TEN years; (3) there will be continuing banking problems, and a continuing massive short fall in government tax collections; (4) a continuous decline of manufacturing in America; (5) a continuing deterioration of America's never ending colonial wars that will (6) produce a collapses of moral in America's military; (7) the American military eventually recovered from Vietnam, but in my view the American military's mental self image will never recover from the eventual outcome of Iraq and Afghanistan; (8) the American military's "new normal" will be different from the past; (9) President Obama's grand strategy for the USA is all wrong. It's 60 years behind the times and the "recovery" will be a giant BUST; (10) TARP money only succeed in creating the current stock market and gold bubble. Both will break in the not too distant future; (11) The Democrats will suffer a crushing defeat in the November 2010 elections; (12) President Obama will LOSE the 2012 Presidential election; and (13) Everyone from Iran, to China, to Israel are already telling the USA to go F--- O--, and that trend will grow.

The wrong man for the job. If President Obama was a President for the 21st Century, rather than a crackpot who's mind is back in the 1930s, he'd be able to see the "new normal." If President Obama was a President for NOW, he'd be reducing the size of government down to where the tax payers could afford it, rather than massively expanding the government based on the insane delusion that 2011 is going to be 2006 all over again. The USA's economy is going to be DOWN for the next ten years, and President Obama's pig-headed obsession with Harvard University socialism is making a bad situation even worse

The Stock Market. three months ago I said that in my view the stock market was in a mini-bubble, and a serious correction was only a question of "when," and not "if." I have not changed that view. President Obama is doing in 2008 what President Clinton did in 1998. President Clinton in 1997-98 brought bank interest rates on bank deposits, and Treasury Bond payment rates, down to BELOW inflation. There was nowhere for money to go except into the stock market. That produced the stock market bubble of 1998-1999.  Today, individuals are also being sucked into the stock market because there's no other seemingly good place to put their money. However, someday there won't be anyone left to be sucked into the stock market, and when that day arrives my prediction is that stocks will go down by 30%.

The inconvenient truth is that the Obama Administration is lying about almost everything.

The inconvenient truth is that Mr. Obama is not only mistaken in his economic policies, he's also dishonest. In the November 2009 issue of this magazine, in my "How To Survive..." column on page 12, I wrote, "There have been repeated calls for some kind of transparency from the Federal Reserve, and Treasury Department, in regards to their allocation of TARP money. There has even been a lawsuit to force the transparency. The Treasury LOST that lawsuit but is stalling with an appeal. Remember, this is taxpayer money, (your money) and they're keeping the spending and allocation of your money a big secret." The Treasury Department is still stalling, but a few reporters have been investigating. As reported in the November 19th issue of the Wall Street Journal, page A20, what they found is that vast amounts of money went to nonexistent Congressional districts, and apparently nonexistent places.

Mr. Obama is claiming that he created 640,329 jobs. The facts are NOT supporting that claim (dare we say lie?)  For example, it was claimed that eight brand new jobs were created at Moor's Shoes. And Services in Campbellsville, KY with one $890 (eight hundred & nine dollar) shoe order from the government. (An $890 par of work shoes is even better than a $600 toilet seat). In Augusta, Georgia, operation Head Start claimed 317 new jobs created with the $790,000 they got from the Obama White House. When that was investigated it was found that 100% of the $790,000 had been used for "bonuses" to 317 already employed people, and there were ZERO new jobs created. As reported by the Wall Street Journal, the Franklin Center for Government and Public Integrity has been investigating and has said that BILLIONS of dollars "went to imaginary places in America." Is it time for the FBI to look into things? I'd say, "Yes." 

"Just give me the facts."  Old people like me remember Detective Joe Friday (Jack Webb) from the 1950s Dragnet series. Detective Friday's signature line was, "Just give me the facts." The FACTS are that the Treasury Department and the Obama administration are blocking investigations into where the $787 billion dollars in economic stimulus money went. So what are they hiding?  The provable FACT is that wherever the money went it's NOT doing anything for real estate, NOT doing anything for USA job creation, NOT doing anything to increase manufacturing,  and NOT doing anything to help American's small business owners. The ONLY thing the money has done is create a new stock market bubble that will soon explode. The FACT is that the stimulus program as administered by President Obama is a FAILURE. What the American people deserve is an in-depth Congressional investigation into exactly where the $787 billion dollars went, and exactly why it failed to create jobs. Millions of Americans already think that Mr. Obama is a crook, and stonewalling by the Democrat controlled Congress is NOT going to change the minds of millions of people who will be voting in November 2010.

Disaster movies. There is a growing drum beat for December 21st, 2012 being the end of the world. I'm one of the best mega event predictors and I can give you a 100% guarantee that the world will NOT end on 12/21/12. In early 1999 I predicted that Y2K would be a big nothing. I was correct about Y2K and I'm going to be correct about 12/21/12.  HOWEVER, I am predicting a disaster for that time period. I'm predicting a defeat for President Obama in the 2012 presidential race. I'm predicting that he will be a one term President. I'm also predicting that the Democratic Party will NEVER recover. After Mr. Obama fails, what is the Democratic Party going to be selling? Another Obama? Another scumbag Tort lawyer like John Edwards? Another Massachusetts limousine-liberal like Kerry?  I'm predicting that by 2018 the new party line-up in America will be, #1 Independents, #2 Republicans and #3 Democrats.

THE NEXT CON GAME IS "CAP AND TRADE." OR, HOW TO EXPLOIT THE FEAR OF GLOBAL WARMING AS AN EXCUSE TO MASSIVELY RAISE EVERY TAX ON BUSINESSES.

The  inconvenient truth is that America is living inside of a matrix of lies. Scientific and factual truth has been replaced by politically expedient truth all designed to increase government control of everything. Hitler was voted into office on a platform of saving Germany from the Jews. Now, maximum-leader Obama (via cap-and-trade) is going to save America from America's manufacturers.

"Global warming" is basically a fraud. The situation has been deliberately blown out of proportion by scare tactics to give the left-wing governments an excuse to confiscate our freedoms. For the last five years I've been saying that, "global warming is 75% con game and 25% some half-truths. In today's Wall Street Journal (November 24th 2009) page A22, the Journal states that there is a growing body of evidence that "global warming" is a fraud. The Journal said that hackers have broken into the emails of many big name climatologist and they have found a matrix of organized fraud. To quote the Journal directly, "We have hundreds of emails that give every appearance of testifying to concerted and coordinated efforts by leading climatologists to fit the data to their conclusions while attempting to silence and discredit their critics." Before we destroy two million jobs in America based on a fraud, the CIA and their fellow agencies need to investigate. If there is organized fraud then that's a violation of the RICO act, and the FBI needs to come into the picture. One of the questions the climatologists need to answer is, "If global warming is real, why has NOT one person in the whole world been displaced by rising sea levels?" 

What we do know. The factual truth is that thousands of core samples have been taken from deep ice deposits in Greenland, and the oxygen isotope samplings from the deep ice cores reveal that the Earth's temperature, going back hundreds of thousands of years, fluctuates in a "normal" range. The Earth's temperate "naturally" wobbles up and down.  Around 1100 AD there was a significant warming trend, just like now. This produced a population increase in Scandinavia, and that produced the Viking expansion/invasions of the next 200 years. It also produced a population explosion in Mongolia, and that produced the Mongol expansions/invasions into Russia and south into China. There were no cars for factories a thousand years ago that produced the "global warming." At the other end, about 500 years ago there was a "mini ice age" with cold worldwide temperatures. This is "natural."

What powers these changes is the Earth's orbit around the Sun, and the Sun itself. It's a scientific fact that the Earth's orbit wobbles during its rotation around the Sun.  When the Earth wobbles closer to the Sun we are warmer.  When the Earth wobbles farther away, we are colder. The Sun also pulsates in long time periods and becomes hotter and cooler.  This is "natural" and there is a large body of evidence to indicate that this has been happening since the formation of the Earth hundreds of billions of years ago.

Should I believe the politicians, or should I believe my lying eyes? I've been living next to the ocean since 198. From what I see, with my eyes, the ocean level is LOWER. Back in 1982-85 when I first moved to Florida the ocean's Fall high tides would cover half the street at the end of my block. That hasn't happened for years. So for me, in my neighborhood, the ocean level is going down. The FACT is, that for all the power-grab screaming from the left-wing politicians and helpers, the provable FACT is that not one person in the whole world has been displaced by rising sea levels. Let me say that again, there has NOT been one person, anywhere in the world, displaced by rising sea levels. That's a FACT. So why are we being bum rushed into massive new taxes, and a communist government, to solve a problem that's mainly manufactured?

The global warming con game is just the latest variation of the communist/fascist con games. Like, "Oh, we have this horrible problem of..." Fill in the blank____ . In this case Global Warming. Remember, Stalin "saved" the Russian people from capitalism. Castro "saved" the Cuban people from America. How, the supreme leader, Mr. Obama, is going to save America from warmer winters.

The band changes but it's always the same song.  The "crisis" changes but it's always the same solution. The ONLY solution is more communist and/or fascist government control of everything because ONLY governments are smart, intelligent, pure, honest, moral, and righteous enough to solve the problem of ­­­­_________ (fill in the blank).

Deaf, dumb, blind and crackpot. The FACT is that 97% of the crackpots in Congress (including Mr. Obama) were absolutely blind to the growing real estate bubble, blind to the stock market bubble, and blind to Wall Street's over leverage until it all exploded in their faces. So now, we working people of America are supposed to roll over for billions of dollars in additional taxes, that will destroy millions of jobs in the USA, supposedly because ONLY the half-brained crackpots in Congress know how to save the world?

The left-wing's power grab propaganda ploy goes like this : (1) The earth is warming. (2) The Antarctic ice will melt and half the world will flood. (3) Only total government, communist control, of every business in America can save the world. The more government control there is the more we'll all be saved.

Here are the inconvenient facts the do NOT fit into the left-wing's propaganda matrix of lies.

FACT: Earth is surround by a billion square kilometers of air that can carry water vapor. The warmer air becomes, the more water it can hold.

I live in Florida, and when I travel around the USA and tell people where I live half of them will say, "Oh, how can you live there - it's so humid!" They are absolutely correct. On a good Florida day in the summer there are millions of tons of water up in the air.

FACT: If the billion square kilometers of air around the Earth warms up (you cannot melt ice without warm air) much of the future ice melt will go up into the atmosphere like it's doing already . This is why there are no people, anywhere in the world, being displaced by raising sea levels.

FACT: Rain and flooding in some inland parts will increase thus putting more water on to the land, and more water will be going into underground water tables. Most of the world's water tables desperately need more water so this is a needed.

FACT: Temperatures in Antarctica can go down to 80 degrees below zero. Guess what Mr. Gore and the Gorehead con men. If temperatures zoom up to only 50 degrees below zero water still freezes. With more water vapor in the air there would be more winter snow in Antarctica to balance the summer melt. In the Antarctic summer there would be more snow in Greenland and the Arctic to balance out the Antarctic snow melt.

The ULTIMATE SOLUTION is only six miles away. There is an old STAT test question that asks, "You are six miles away from a place that never gets above freezing. Where are you?" Do you know? The answer to the question is, "Anywhere in the world." There's no place in the world that's more than six miles away from permanent freezing temperatures. All you have to do is go six miles up from wherever in the world you're standing, and without winter clothing you'll freeze to death. This FACT is important in the global warming debate. The laws of thermodynamics state that the hotter something becomes the faster it loses heat. FACT, no location in the world is more than six miles away from permanent freezing temperatures. FACT, the warmer the earth's air temperature becomes the faster it will lose heat.

FACT: there are natural heat pumps. They are called hurricanes. Hurricanes take thousands of trillions of BTUs of heat energy out of the ocean and spins that energy up eight miles and into space. Isn't it interesting that with all of the Al Gore crackpots screaming about global warming the Atlantic 2009 hurricane season was almost none existent. But why believe your lying eyes when you can believe Al Gore and his follow crackpots?  

FACT: the matrix of lies about global warming completely ignores the good things being produced by global warming. In Russia, the wheat fields are being expanded northwards. The pine tree line in Russia and  Canada is expanding Northward, and that means more wood, paper products and oxygen. In both countries corn is growing where it never grow before. In Greenland, crops like broccoli, cauliflower and Chinese cabbage are growing where five years ago they wouldn't  grow. In the Andes, large potato fields are being planted at altitudes where they never grew. Codfish are one of the sea's most valuable fish and they like warmer water. Codfish are greatly increasing in numbers in all cooler waters that are now becoming warmer. There are billions of barrels of oil in the Arctic, but the area was always iced in and the oil couldn't be shipped out, but now that's changing. On a personal bases, I lived in Chicago for 40 years, and now Florida for 25 years, and it's a lot nicer being warm. It's a few days before Thanksgiving and I went swimming in the ocean - it sure beats moving snow around.  

The inconvenient truth is that global warming has MORE advantages than disadvantages. With more rainfall there's new opportunities for mini-dams and mini-electrical generators that can take care of small towns. With the approaching end of the petroleum-age one of the things needed is bio-fuel from biomass. If the 8,000,000 square miles of northern Canada, Alaska and Siberia become warmer we can grow more plants and thus have more bio-fuel. We can expand cattle and sheep production northwards. With warmer weather, the two million acres of trees in Sweden, Finland, Siberia and Canada will grow faster, and we'll have more wood. The expansion of forests in the North would equal or surpass the loss of forest in places like Brazil.

There are only three areas of ice that could possibly affect sea levels: (1) the Arctic, (2) the Antarctic and (3) Greenland. Let's look at all three.

THE ARTIC. The matrix of lies is a collection of half-truths and twisted facts. It teaches nothing because it doesn't want the truth. Here's a cocktail party game you can play. The next time you run into somebody who's a victim of the matrix of lies about global warming, and they start parroting the usual sea levels are going up, etc. Ask them this question, "Let's suppose all the ice around the North Pole melts, but only the ice around the North Pole. How much would the world's ocean levels go up, one foot, two feet, five feet?" The correct answer zero, no raise whatsoever. Why? Because all the ice around the North Pole is floating in water. Ice takes up more volume than water so if it all North Pole ice melted, and that was the only factor in play, the ocean levels would actually go down about a quarter inch.

THE ANTARCTIC AND GREENLAND. The biggest single area of ice in Antarctica is the Ross Ice Shelf where the USA has had a permanent base (McMurdo Air Station) for decades. However, the Ross Ice Shelf (500 miles X 400 miles) is like the Arctic, it's floating ice and if it melts it means nothing for sea levels. The Antarctica Ronne Ice Shelf (450 miles X 450 miles) is the same - floating ice. REALITY CHECK. Neither Greenland nor Antarctica are on their way to becoming Miami Beach. Winters will still get down to 50 below zero and most of the ice will stay right where it's been for the last million years. However, even under the very worst case scenario for global warming there ARE solutions. What are they? (1) drain the ocean, and (2), move the ocean on top of the land.  I'm not kidding - I'll explain.

There are 39 places around the world that are BELOW sea level. Part of the solution for any Greenland ice melt is to drain the ocean. The biggest area is the Caspian Sea basin. The Caspian Sea (163,000 sq. miles) is 92 feet below sea level. The Caspian basin around the Caspian Sea is also below sea level, and its 210,000 sq miles. The Akdzhakaya Depression to the East of the Caspian Sea is 260 feet below sea level. The very large Karaglye Depression to the East of the Caspian Sea is 415 feet below sea level. The greater area has about 300,000 sq miles below sea level. A pipe line could be built from the Black Sea to the Caspian Sea basin. Naturally, people in the area would have to be compensated for their land, but it's mainly a poor area, and mainly sparsely populated. Also, if the total world is paying it's doable. In the USA, Death Valley is 282 feet below sea level. In addition to Death Valley in the USA. There is the very large Salton Trough in California, that's half way between San Diego and the Arizona border, and going from below the Mexican border to a 95 miles North. The Salton Sea (35 miles by 15miles) in the middle of the Salton Trough, and is 217 feet below sea level. Evaporation in areas like Death Valley is enormous with day time summer temperatures of 120+ degrees. In the Salton Trough summer temperatures can be 110. Ocean water, from a pipe connected to the ocean would keep flowing into the area. A pipeline to all of the places below sea level would generate "clean" electricity.

The deepest hole of all. The Dead Sea is 1,049 square kilometers, and 1387  feet below sea level. The below sea level Dead Sea basin runs from North of the Sea of  Galilee to 40 miles South of the water's edge at the current Dead Sea. An area about 150 miles long. Actually, there is already a large tunnel between the Mediterranean Sea and the Dead Sea basin, and it was specifically designed to flood the Dead Sea basin. It was built with US tax payer money, and is unofficially known as the "dooms day tunnel." Why was it built you might ask? Because, the only significant reservoir of natural fresh water for Israel is the fresh water Sea of Galilee. If Israel were to lose a war, the dooms day tunnel would be opened, and the Sea of Galilee would be under 680 feet of ocean water. Cities like Jericho would be 900 feet under water, and East Jerusalem would be beach front property. (Hay, this is one more of the US government's "better ideas" for US tax dollars. Kind of like destroying two million US jobs to a fix a global warming problem that does not exist).

Draining the ocean. Another excellent area in which to drain the ocean is the Qattara Depression in Egypt. The Qattara Depression is only 45 miles south of the famous World War two battle ground of El Alemein, and the Mediterranean Sea coast. The Depression is why General Rommel could not outflank General Montgomery. The Depression is 150 miles long by 50 miles wide, and 440 feet below sea level. Nobody lives there. Like Death Valley, this is an area where water evaporation would be gigantic, and electrical production would be clean. My point is this, massive amounts of water can be drained out of the ocean.  

Dams. Building ten million small dams around the world is very doable, and would be profitable. Even if a mini-dam only produces enough electricity for a few homes that's a step in the right direction, and it's clean and renewable energy. Ten million dams would keep millions of tons of water from ever going into the ocean.

People. In the next twenty years the world will add 1.5 billion new people. People are 80% water so that's a lot of water out of the oceans and walking around. However, the big part is the water people use. The water in hundreds of millions of new toilets, hot water heaters, swimming pools, the water in pipe lines going to homes, the water in pipe lines going from homes to waste treatment centers. American use about 35,000 gallons of water a year. If you multiply 35.000 by 1,500,000,000 new people that's 52-trillion gallons of NEW water needs per year. Over 1.5 billion new people will need an additional billion acres of land under water using cultivation. There will be a need for two billion new farm animals, cattle, pigs, sheep, and so forth that will need billions of gallons of ADDITIONAL water every day above and beyond what's being used now.

What about CO2? If there was no CO2 in the world there would be no plant life on Earth because plants breath CO2. If we want food for 1.5 billion new eaters then the world is going to need a lot more plants, and the world is going to need more warm land that can support crops. That's the bottom line for CO2.

Professional good analysis. To be a good analyst of mega systems (like I am) you have to periodically take five steps back and look at the big picture. You have to ask the right questions, like, "How many people in the last ten years have died of permanently raising sea levels." And, "How many people in the last ten years have died of drought?" The answer to the first question  is that in the last ten years, in the whole world, not one person has died of permanently raising sea levels. On the other hand, during the last ten years eight million people (mainly children) have died from drought conditions. As you read this page, right now, there are people in Kenya and Ethiopia dying of drought. As you read this page, Elephants in Kenya are dying of drought. They are NOT drowning, they ARE dying from lack of water. Believe your eyes!

Obama vs. the truth. President Obama is telling us that the world will soon drown if we do not give his government de facto communist powers. That's a lie and a con game. American does not need a communist government, and job destroying new taxes on every business, to address the fabricated and phony  issues of global warming.

Crystal clear. The FACTS are crystal clear. The world DOES NOT have a problem of too much water. The world has a problem of too little water. President Obama's "cap and trade" scam is one more con game to manipulate, and blow out of proportion, a non-existent problem so the Democrats can grab more power, grab more or our rights, grab more of our money, and advance the cause of American communism.

It's time for American's biggest tea party. The next election is only 11 months away. We should all be working to make November 2nd, 2010 the biggest tea party in America's history. Every candidate with "Democrat" after their name, you should just vote against them. We classic Americans have to send stone-brain Obama a message he cannot ignore. The message to Mr. Obama has be, "It's NOT the advancement of communism in America that we want or need - IT'S JOBS! It's not some "cap and trade" scam that we need, it's JOBS! Earth to Obama, Earth to Obama - it's all about jobs - STUPIED!"
