How American can Decisively Win in the Middle East - The Pentagon's Six Pearl Harbors, and Why the Pentagon has lost Every Significant Shoot War for the Last 60 years - What's need to be an Accurate Prophet.

(Oct 21 2007) Firearms and ammunition sales will be good for many years into the future, but for all the wrong reasons. Because of Washington D.C.'s fanatical refusal to learn and change, the wrongly called "war on terrorism" could drag on for another 20 years, or until the American dollar (and economy) collapses - whatever comes first.

The probability of America successfully imposing its current self-deception "democracy" fantasizes on the Middle East is less-than-zero. The Iraq war has already gone on longer than America's part in WWII, and the situation in Iraq is WORSE than it was four years ago. The America Army in the field is giving practical experience to an enemy army, and laying the groundwork for future wars. The bottom-line for the worldwide firearms industry is that guns and ammo are already big, and in the future firearms/ammo sales will become much bigger. We in the American firearms industry do NOT want to be making money from wars. All of America's firearms manufacturers totally support America's brave ground troops in the field. However, I'd say that half of the big name American gun makers have a standing rule of not doing business with the Pentagon. Yes, that's not the standard left wing lie about gun makers, but I am very much an insider in the gun industry and I know what's happening.

In my opinion, the American Pentagon for the last 60 years has had a flawed grand-strategy. The proof of that is that the Pentagon has NOT won a significant shooting ware in the last 60 years. The current wrong plan is to rebuild the Iraqi army. In the last 5,000 years, building the armies and navies of supposed allies that you are less than 100% sure of, those examples have a bad history. As a footnote: although the American taxpayer is paying for the new guns that are re-arming the Iraq army. American gun manufacturers are NOT making the guns for the new Iraqi army. Mainly, former communist gun companies are re-arming Iraq. The Iraqi army ammunition is also mainly being made outside of the USA, with the American taxpayer also picking up that cost. Gee - I forget, why did America invade Iraq? So the American taxpayer could modernize the Iraqi army with new equipment and the best American training?

Let me back track a second and say that I have only the highest respect for the American ground troops doing the fighting. I was an Army infantryman in combat conditions, and the American on the ground soldier is the best in the world. However, we have a system where those who are expert ass-kissers become generals. America's brave on-the-ground troops deserve generals with more intellectual courage. What the Pentagon needs are some classes in, "How To Appreciate Field Marshal Pietro Badoglio." Marshal Badoglio was a war hero in both WWI and WWII. He was a hero to the Italian people and the Italian foot soldier. His lesson, a lesson for all generals everywhere, is that being loyal to your country and being loyal to its government are NOT always one in the same. The motto of Marshal Badoglio was, "Semper fidelis to what's best for the Italian people."

One example of what the American generals are doing wrong in Iraq is the history of England and Japan starting in the 1880's. In the late 19th century the British were very jealous of the Russian empire. So the British got a bright idea. The Japanese and Russians were in competition in the Far East, i.e. Korea, Manchuria, etc. The British went to the Japanese in the 1880's and said, "Why don't we, the British, build you a modern navy, and train your navy. Naturally, we'll charge you lots of gold, but you'll become a great navel power and won't have to worry about Russia."

The Japanese said, "Sure," and the British started build lots of battleships for Japan and training a navy officer corps. The Japanese used the British battleships in 1904 to launch a surprises attack (a la Pearl Harbor) on the Russian fleet anchored in Port Arthur on the Manchurian coast. The Japanese crushed the Russian fleet, and there was a revolution in Russia. The Tsarist government in 1905 regained control and suppressed the 1905 revolution. However, all the groundwork had been put into place for the future success of the communists in 1917. The 1905 revolution brought to prominence all the future players: Lenin, Trotsky, Stalin and the Bolsheviks who would succeed 12 years later.

If it were not for the successful 1917 revolution, and the communists in Russia, Hitler would have never come to power. Hitler was ELECTED into office, by a democratic election in a democratic country (Germany in 1933). Hitler ran on an anti-communist platform. If there had been no communist government in Russia, Hitler would NEVER have been elected, and World War Two would not have happened.

Getting back to building armies and navies for your so-so "friends." On December 7th 1941 the Japanese attacked both America and the British in Asia. British Hong Kong and Singapore were attacked and overrun by the Japanese. The British army in Burma had to run for its life. The British Empire in Asia was finished. The British Asian empire Humpty Dumpty had fallen off the wall and would never be put back together again. The Japanese used some of the same battleships the British had built for them, and used the British training, to kick the teeth of the British down their throats.

The unwanted truth is that American's basic assumptions (and they are very naive assumptions) about the Middle East are ALL WRONG, and have zero chance of working.
I also wonder, how many of the guns and bombs that we are giving Muslims in the Middle East will eventually be used to kill American troops? For 50 years America has been arming governments in the Middle East with everything, including atomic bombs, and for 50 years things have been getting worse. However, the American generals in the Pentagon are following their usual plan: "Take what's a failure and make it bigger." And, whatever you do, NEVER change you basic assumptions in the face of failure.

The Muslin countries collectively, already hold the DECISIVE winning hand. All they have to do is collectively say, "Starting tomorrow we are NOT accepting U.S. dollars for oil payments, but only Euros." The U.S. dollar would lose 50% of its value in a matter of weeks, and the America economy would go into a depression that could last for years. Right now, America is living off of everyone else's borrowed money. What's going to happen when America can no longer exchange pretty paper (US dollars) for real goods like oil? To guarantee financial disaster all America has to do is keep on making the same Middle East mistakes like we been making.

The people in Washington D.C. fanatically refuse to admit that their view of the Middle East is massively flawed and fundamentally wrong. The more Washington D.C. insists on what will never work in the Middle East, and closer Washington D.C. brings America to hyperinflation. Here's one of many signposts that everyone in the world can see except Washington D.C.'s blind men. A month ago the Federal Reserve lowered interest rates by half a percentage point. They were going to play the same old game of shifting American's hidden inflation overseas - a con game the Federal Reserve has been playing for 30 years. This time around, the day after the Federal Reserve lowered their interest rates by 1/2 percent. The very next day foreign basic metal prices, in U.S. dollars, went up by 5%. Over the next three weeks oil prices in US dollars also went up by 5%. The world was sending a message, and the message was, "Your con game is over." If metal and oil prices go up by 5% every time the Fed lowers interest rates - the average America consumer is going to get his teeth kicked down his throat.

Now that Wall Street's sub-prime con game is collapsing in on itself the Fed is desperate to save the multi-millionaires on Wall Street. The Fed will lower rates, and that will drive the dollar down even more, and will drive real inflation even higher. However, the Fed/Treasure Department will continue their criminal con game of insisting that inflation is only 2%. Here's my guarantee, when gas is $6 at the pump, the average price of a pound of ground beef is $8 in the store, and it takes two US dollars to buy one Euro, "official" inflation will still only be 2%.

Suppose you owned a "magic truth wand" and you went to the "intelligence analysis" at the Pentagon and CIA. You also went to the statistics analysis at the Treasure Department, and you asked them, "What's the sum of two plus two? " Then you waved your magic truth wand and received an honest answer of, "Anything my superiors what it to be. "

Now, somebody at the Pentagon or Treasure might say, "Sometimes lies are necessary." The problem for me is that there are 19-year-old American soldiers in Iraq who are dying because of some of the "convenient" lies. Pentagon and CIA "intelligence" just doesn't get it. You MUST be totally 100% honest to achieve correct analysis. The main reason why the Pentagon and CIA are so wrong so many times is because they start with a list of "must have lies" that MUST be in their "intelligence" conclusions. The biggest must have lie is the delusion of "democracy." Democracy is not the solution - it's the problem. What the Washington D.C. intelligence analysis do NOT understand is that if you take a gallon of crystal clean drinking water and you put in one tablespoon of dog shit then you've turned it all into dog shit. With "intelligence" you either have "convenient little lies" or you have correct analysis, but you CANNOT have both. This is why the "nobodies" of history get it right, and why the "power people" get it wrong. The "nobodies" don't get their job by being ass-kissers and the "nobodies" don't have to lie to keep their jobs.

As to what you can do about inflation, firearms and ammo have a lot of metal and man-hours of labor in them. Firearms, if taken care of, can last for centuries. On a relative bases, our firearms industry is situated toward the better end of the economic spectrum. Over the last six months you would have made as much money investing in .223 brass ammo as investing in gold. Over the last year you would have made 300% more money investing in lead than investing in gold.

As mentioned several times over the last two years, in issues of this publication, the current generation of consumers that's coming on-line is very pro-firearms, and especially pro-self-defense. On the other side, we have Washington D.C.'s suicidal answer to every world problem (i.e. go out and start killing people and/or arm others so they can kill more people). The overall conclusion is that our firearms industry will have booming worldwide firearms and ammo sales for decades. (To help your survival chances, you need to be reading every monthly AFI issue).

One of the things that I continually find amazing is the systemic inability of both CIA and Pentagon "intelligence" to get things right. Lets go all the way back to 1941, and start with Pearl Harbor. When President Roosevelt and Winston Churchill cut off all oil shipments to Japan, (the US used to be a big oil exporter) in the summer of 1941, and the Japanese did NOT respond in any overt way. At that point it should have been crystal clear to even a deaf and blind person that the Japanese had opted for a military solution. It should have also been crystal clear to so-called "military intelligence" that the Japanese would follow their 1905 Russo-Japanese War attack plan. The Japanese made a surprise attack on Russia's main Asian port (Port Arthur) without declaring war. America's main Asian port in 1941 was Pearl Harbor.

After the debacle of December 7th 1941, military "intelligence" foamed at the mouth for years saying another Pearl Harbor would, "never again" happen. However, only ten years later we had Pearl Harbor II. The massive invasion of South Korea by the North Korean Army came as a total and absolute surprise to Pentagon "intelligence." When it was only the North Koreans doing the fighting, the Red Chinese repeatedly said the Chinese army would come into the war if the U.S. Army pushed up to the Chinese border. At the time, Pentagon and CIA "intelligence" said the Chinese were bluffing. As usual, Pentagon and CIA intelligence was totally wrong. Over 23,000 American soldiers died and 54 years latter, the US and North Korea are technically still at war.

A new history book about Korea was just released, The Coldest Winter: America and the Korean War. The book (published posthumously) is by Pulitzer Prize winner David Halberstam, wrote 21 books, six of them were best sellers. Mr. Halberstam was also a key reporter during the Vietnam War, and played a significant role in the coup against Ngo Dinh Diem. In his book Mr. Halberstam says that although General Douglas MacArthur had conducted the Pacific War against the Japanese brilliantly, the American military had a total grand-strategy competence turn-around by the time South Korea was invaded. General MacArthur had turned stubborn, and contemptuous of his adversaries. Mr. Halbersam said, "Strategic-intelligence, during the Korean War, was put together by people who were fantasist. " (What's changed?) The massive strategic blunders of American "intelligence" brought China into the war, and the Chinese troops with almost no equipment or air force overwhelmed the superior technology, armaments and logistics of the American Army. The brave American troops in the field, with great loss of blood and under horrible fighting conditions, had to claw their way back to a stalemate.

The current military-debacle in Iraq is currently and often compared to the military-debacle in Vietnam. Without question the same Washington D.C. arrogance and delusion are comparable in many ways between Vietnam and Iraq. However, I think an even better comparison with Iraq is to the military-debacle in Korea. It's crystal clear to me that after the end of WWII, America's military paradigm did a 180-degree turn-round in grand-strategy competence.

Korea was also like the current Iraq War with a significant percentage of the fighting falling on "reserve" units. In 1952, like 2002, many reserve units were short of equipment and/or had old equipment, and they paid for the difference in blood.

Vietnam was Pearl Harbor III. In 1964 I predicted the defeat of America in Vietnam. (The government really didn't like that and the FBI arrested me, but the charges were dropped). Prophets are never liked in their own time and in their own country, and the more correct they are the more they are hated. If I could see the defeat in Vietnam coming in 1964, then the question is why did the Pentagon/CIA ten years later in 1974 still NOT see it coming? I'll answer that question. In the Pentagon/CIA every analyst MUST find what their superiors want them to find. If they don't, they are wrong by definition, and demoted, sidetracked or fired. If they're couldn't be easily fired, then a secret report was writer saying they were Nazis, gay, communist sympathizers, etc.

In the mid-1970's I went to Washington D. C, trying to sell the idea of arming airline pilots. There was no financial reward whatsoever in it for me. I foresaw the danger and was once again trying to be a good citizen. (I admit to being a real slow leaner in this area). Here's what happened in Washington D.C., I was told that arming pilots was both totally wrong, and an un-American subversive idea. Our "planners" in Washington said that the pilots flying all of our commercial airline flights could NOT be trusted with firearms. Like, gee, if the pilots had guns they might be able to hurt somebody? Daaa:the fact that the pilots were flying the airplanes wasn't important to their "the power is ours" Fascist brains. What was important is that they should have guns, but nobody else.

The result of the above mentioned Washington D.C. power-control mindset was 9/11 2001. That was Pearl Harbor IV. Once again, official "intelligence" was taken by total surprise. However, if I could see a 9/11 coming a quarter of a century before it happened. Why couldn't the CIA, with billions of dollars per year for "intelligence," why couldn't they see it coming the day before it happened? I'll tell you why, because their minds are in steel boxes and they see those boxes as the solutions - not the problems.

AFTER the twin-towers fell and thousands of Americans died, Washington D.C. came to the conclusion that perhaps arming the airline pilots (those who wanted to be armed), might not have been a totally subversive and absolutely ridiculous idea.

The so-called "war on terror" in Iraq was (and is) Pearl Harbor V. American "intelligence" assisted in manufacturing the con-game set-up where all of Saddam Hussein's palaces had basements full of centrifuges cranking out U-235. Nazi scientists were hiding in underground cities and busy making nerve gas, working on ICBM's, and planning attacks against America. Saddam and Osama bin Laden were gay lovers, and Saddam couldn't wait to give Osama a nuclear bomb as a Christmas present, etc. and so forth. The American people were told that as soon as Saddam was dead, all of the Middle East would turn into one giant happy Disneyland.

Starting in 2001, and many times since then, I said Iraq was a set-up. I said, and say again, that it was the CIA's so-called "friends" who set-up America, and the American intelligence matrix willingly expanded and endorsed the lies because that's what President Bush wanted to believe.

Today, in pre-production we have the sequel to the Iraq set up. The new production is called, "Dumber Still - Only Bigger and Better," or, "Pearl Harbor VI. " It's the same old wrong American "intelligence" that is once again complaisant in the con-game set-up. This time around it's about Iran. The Nazi scientists that were in Iraq had all secretly escaped to Iran, and taken Saddam's weapons-of-mass-destruction with them. This is why weapons-of-mass-destruction hadn't been found in Iraq. The Nazi scientists are now in underground cities, in Iran, building ICBM's, cruise missiles, submarines and hundreds of different kinds of horrible weapons-of-mass-destruction. Iran is planning a cruise missile attack on New York City and Washington D. C., and Iranian president Ahmadinejad and Osama bin Laden are gay lovers. Ahmadinejad can't wait to give Osama a rainbow painted nuclear bomb as a gay-pride-week present, etc. and so forth. The solution is for the American Army to attack Iran, and to race across the country toward Teheran like Panzer General Heinz Guderian racing toward Moscow in 1941. After Teheran falls, the world will live happily-ever-after.

The systemic problem is a White House peopled by military morons, combined with a Pentagon/CIA that only knows how to say, "yes." Within our American so-called "intelligence community" the question is never, "What's honestly happening and why is it happening." The "intelligence" question is always, "What do I need to find that will compliment America's matrix of lies."

Today, America's "information" blunders, plus the con games Washington is once again falling for, are bringing us closer to a war with Iran. Iran has a landmass that is bigger than Germany, France and Italy combined. Iran has 18,000,000 males between the fighting ages of 16 to 40. Out of Iran's total 74 million people, 35% are under the age of 16 (i.e. lots of future potential guerilla fighters coming on line). Ninety-five percent of America's young males do not want to fight a war in the Middle East, 95% the Iran's 18 million young males would fight. Iran is what a competent military analyst would call, "a high testosterone country." In 5,000 years of warfare, messing with "high testosterone groups" has usually produced wars that were both long and bloody.

There's no shortage of "stupid" in Washington D.C. and I heard the especially stupid talk about a re-starting a military draft. (There's that lets go back to the 1960's mindset). Here is my prediction that I'm 100% sure about. If a draft were started today, it would totally shatter the America Army.

American schools have been spending billions of dollars for the last 30 years to promote "diversity." The public schools succeeded, and today we have tens of millions of young people in America DO NOT think of themselves as Americans. They are irresponsible, self-centered, they're lazy, many have an English vocabulary of less than 5,000 words, and millions of them are genetically stupid. Is Washington D.C. going to draft these stupid and irresponsible incompetents, give them bombs and machine guns, and put them in the middle of a lot of other Americans? A military draft would expose the massive rot (for all the world to see) in back of America's surface thin paint.

George Washington was America's greatest general. He left two messages for America's military. One, do NOT get into arguments (i.e. wars) where you really do not have to be, (advice that was religiously followed UNTIL after WWII). Two, do not get the American Army involved in a land war on the Asian mainland. The Asian mainland is the Korean War, the Vietnam War, the Iraq War and the future Iran War that President Bush wants. General Washington was right over 200 years ago. The American Army should not fight wars on the Asian mainland, and it should not be in wars where it really doesn't need to be. America should go from what's failing, like today's Middle East growing disaster, to what worked for 150 years.

Suppose Saddam Hussein had stayed in power after 2001? How would that have really affected the life of the average American worker? It would NOT have. Saddam was telling the truth when he said all of the WMD bullshit was bullshit. Saddam being gone has (and will) MORE adversely impact the average American worker than if he had stayed. General Washington's grand strategy was (still is) correct.

The original reason for going into Iraq was a con-game set-up, supposedly all the "weapons of mass destruction" in Saddam's basement. Nothing was ever in Saddam's basement, so four years later why is the American Army still there? It's time for America's generals to learn the first full of holes: "When you find yourself eyeball deep in the middle of a shit bog - stop digging."

Will Washington learn? My prediction: absolutely NOT. This means a river of firearms and ammo sales in the years to come. Washington D.C.'s insanity, both externally and internally, will eventually tank the American dollar. So, your personal and business grand strategy has to be a system of sales, inventory and collections that will keep your company's collections and money out in front of the coming dollar collapse. To survive the 21st century, you're going to have to run just a little faster than the dollar collapse avalanche. That means YOU must have control of your sales, your inventory and your money.

Going back over the last 6,000 years. It's mainly been backburner "nobodies" who got things correct. While the "power people" get things mainly wrong. Let me give you one example of the many outsiders who get it very right, Mr. Herbert George Wells 1866-1946.

In 1901, Mr. Wells wrote a book titled, Anticipations. In the book he predicted: the decline of steam power and its replacement with internal combustion engines. He predicted that road traffic would replace rail traffic, and rail traffic would be mainly used for heavy goods. He predicted limited-access freeway. He predicted that cities would greatly expand in size with the biggest being 20 million, and eventually 40 million. He predicted the Boston-Washington megalopolis of almost unbroken building development. He predicted the growth of segregated neighborhoods, the growth of suburbs, and the eventually growth of home offices. He predicted the growth of an underclass that was heavily criminal, immoral and parasitic on the rest of society. He predicted the breakdown of Victorian morality in favor of all kinds of vice, and the vice being generally tolerated.

Mr. Wells, in Anticipations, (remember this was in 1901) predicted that Germany would attempt to dominate Europe. His exact words were, "She (Germany) must fight the Russian and fight the French and perhaps the English, and she may have to fight a combination of these powers." He forecast, "German aggression will either be shattered or weakened:by a series of wars by land and sea."

On war, Mr. Wells in 1901, went on to predict that machines and technicians will replace horses and unsophisticated soldiers and the primary means of waging war. New warfare would require the involvement of the total society in war making. This would make the civilian population targets as much as soldiers in uniform. Wells predicted the wide spread use of automatic weapons in war, and said that the automatic weapons would make guerrilla warfare both more prevalent and more successful. He said that, what he called, "land ironclads" would play a role on the battlefield. In 1901, he dismissed battleships in favor of smaller, faster and more specialized ships. In 1901 Mr. Wells, in his book, said that the twentieth-century would see long-drawn-out total wars. In 1914 he wrote a novel titled, The World Set Free, in which he predicted the splitting of the atom, and the eventual development of atomic bombs. As an old man, in 1933, he wrote a novel called, The Shape of Things to Come, in which he predicted the outbreak of World War II in 1940, only four months off from it's actual start in September 1939.

Mr. Wells, in 1901 predicted that Russia would eventually split up. He predicted the creation of European economic integration, and said it would happen by 1951. That was only one year off from the beginning process of the European Union in 1952. An almost exactly correct prediction made a half century in advance!

In 1901 he said that popular "democracy" would eventually die. He said that democracies would fail to successfully function under the stresses posed by changes in warfare and the world. He said that political parties in a democracy would deteriorate into modes of appearing to act on issues, but in reality they would be doing little or nothing, (i.e. gridlock) and with growing world complexity they'd break down. He said that in the future only a small portion of the population would have the scientific and technical background to understand a very complex world, and in the "New Republic" voting would be limited to them.

Leaving aside the prediction of the death of democracy, which hasn't happened yet, but will, what Mr. Wells correctly predicted over a hundred years ago is without question both brilliant and stunning. I think about Mr.Wells writing in his country home in England, with only himself and a glass of Port by his side, and he successfully predicted many of the significant things of the 20th century up to a half-century in advance. It's truly marvelous and beyond words to compliment.

Then, we have the CIA/Pentagon "intelligence," and all the other cat-and-dog supposedly "intelligence" agencies in Washington D.C. Every year they burn-up billions of dollars for "intelligence," but in the last 60 years they have NOT been able to get the big things right even six-months in advance. If Mr. Wells could do it by setting in his chair, why can't the CIA/Pentagon do it with tens of thousands staff employee and a trillion dollars?

As to Mr. Well's predicting the death of popular democracy, or what is fast degenerating down into "plantation democracy." Even before I looked at Mr. Well's book I came to the conclusion 25 years ago that "popular democracy would not survive the 21st century. The big issue of this century will be the replacement of Homo sapiens with a new species that's going to be significantly smarter and more skilled. The new species isn't going to let Homo sapiens make any decisions, and "popular democracy" will not exist.

In the Middle East, the "mother of America's grand strategy flaws" is the idea of democracy. With the arguable exception of Turkey, there is no democracy in the Middle East. When "democracy" is used and spoken by people in the Middle East it's only used as propaganda tool to deceive the naive and history-challenged dumb Americans. With the possible exception of Turkey, President Jimmy Carter was (is) 100% correct when he says that "democracy" in the Middle East is really South African apartheid/Swaziland democracy, and/or communist East German democracy, and/or Vichy France democracy. Why is America murdering 18 and 19 year-old American soldiers in the Middle East for something that nobody living in the Middle East really wants?

A question I have asked myself is, "What country is going to rule the world a 100 years from now, in 2107? " The answer is, the country that engineers the new species, and actively expands the new species. That's NOT going to be America. China, a country not burdened with "democracy" is the odds on choice at this point.

I'm not one-tenth as gifted as Mr. Wells, but I'll give the American intelligence agencies my solution for the Middle East mess. Remember - I said I was a slow learner. Washington does NOT want the right answers. It only wants its answers. However, I guess hope really does spring eternal. Anyway, here is the correct answer for how to achieve stability in the Middle East. Remember, a hundred years from now the new species will be taking over the world and the concerns and "issues" of the old species will be irrelevant. The grand strategy is to get the world from where it is at now, to the new world, without a nuclear war messing up everything for everyone.

Part one, 21st century weapons: all the different kinds of al-Qaeda groups have one high-tech war-winning weapon, the Internet. The al-Qaeda groups will continue to grow mainly through the Internet. The "script" that the al-Qaeda groups are selling to the 1.2 billion Muslims in the world via the Internet is factually correct in its important parts, and it's a highly saleable story. The "script" that America is trying to sell, that scrip to Muslims is a joke, an insult, and something no thinking ten year old Muslim would buy. America has to change its script.

Part two: America must stop bleeding itself to death in the Middle East. All the other major powers are having champagne and smiling while America destroys itself. I see our Iraq War as something close to Napoleon's 1812 invasion of Russia. There was no grand strategy reason whatsoever for Napoleon going into Russia. Napoleon was already sitting on most of the landmass of Europe. Russia, like Iraq, was an ego blunder that the British suckered Napoleon into. Napoleon marched into Russia with 500,000 soldiers, and stumbled out of Russia with a 95,000 starving and sick mob. The once magnificent French Army was destroyed beyond repair. On a relative bases, this made the English, Prussian and Russian armies much stronger. They proceed to totally destroyed Napoleon's empire, with the Russian Army physically marching into and occupying Paris. Napoleon died on a hell-rock of an Island between Africa and Brazil. He was probably poisoned.

To win in the Middle East, America has to first make it crystal clear that it is militarily leaving the Middle East. Then, America has to go to the EU, Russian, China and Japan and say, "There is a very high probability of a major wars in the Middle East. There is a high probability that countries will state to bomb each other's oil fields and refineries. Israel has more atomic bombs than England, and nuclear bomb building is spreading in the Middle East with: Iran, Saudi Arabia, Egypt and Turkey all thinking about building atomic bombs. This is a world problem, and since you are part of the world, this makes it YOUR problem. A war in the Middle East's oil fields means both a worldwide environmental-disaster and a worldwide depression. The Middle East is no longer America's war where America is going to bleed itself to death. We're pulling out, so now it's your problem."

America will have to go on and say, "The solution is for we great powers to get together, and we decide between ourselves what's needed to keep the peace in the Middle East, and thus in the world. America will give up its grand delusions about the Middle East. Even though the ultimate agreement will not be what America has dreamed about, America understands that a peace that's not exactly what America wanted is better than a war, with nuclear bombs, that would bring a world wide depression and years of 20% unemployment to the American people. Once the great-powers all agree, then they, with one voice, will go to every country in the Middle East, and tell them the way it's going to be. For the overall plan, there will be no elections, no study-groups, no stalls for time con games, any referendums and so forth. The great powers are NOT asking - they are telling. THERE IS NO DISCUSSION. The great powers will tell everyone the this is the way it's going to be - end of discussion! Any Middle Eastern country that does not go along, there will be an immediate and total ban/embargo on: trade, travel and financial transfers between that country and the combined: EU, the USA, Russia, Japan and China. The ban/embargo will stay in place against that country until the country in question does what it's told. "

The above plan is a plan that's based on a proven system of what works in the Middle East, a strong man dictatorship that can be called democracy. America must stop killing it's soldiers to give the Middle East what it DOES NOT want, i.e. real democracy. America must give the Middle East what it's always had and wants, authoritarian rule. To "win" in the Middle East America needs rule from the top via democratic-consciences of the great powers.

Some Middle East will stall-for-time with objections like, "What about our security?" Well, if you have the protection of the American Army, NATO, the EU, the Russian Army and the Chinese Army, what more do you want?

Once the great powers impose peace on the Middle East, a Middle East common market program would be started that would bring more economic and personal freedom to the Middle East than the Middle East has had for centuries. The "master objective" of keeping the oil fields safe and flowing would be achieved. The master objective of NOT having a nuclear war in the Middle East would be achieved.

Yes, I know that the above "solution" does NOT fit into America's politically correct matrix of delusions. However, it's the correct solution for the welfare of the average American working family. It's the correct answer for the average working people of the world. Notice, I did not say it was the right solution for the power-goons in Washington D.C. - it's not. Actually, finding the right answers is easy. You first find out what the power-goons in Washington D.C. want, and then you know that the correct answer is the exact opposite.

One of the more amazing things about Washington D.C. is that after 60 years of failure. After 60 years of the Pentagon/CIA losing every significant shooting war. The power goons still fanatically believe that their answers are the only answers. So, will Washington D.C. go from dedicated losers to doing it right? My prediction is, no, absolutely - no. Not until things become so bad reality cannot be ignored.

There is a possible solution. If enough people insisted that something new and creative be done, America might have a chance. As of right now, Mr. Wells was correct - we have gridlock in government. People's mouths move in Washington but nothing happens. If you believe that what I've said deserves more thought by more people, then tell them. Ask them to read these articles, reprint them on your website. I'm old already so my world is almost gone, but young people have a lot to lose or gain - it's your world and it's NOT going to get better all by itself. Yes, standing up and doing something that the power goons in Washington don't want to hear is both hard and dangerous. However, as an old man looking back on my life my only regret is that I didn't try to do more.
